Juju 3.6.25 on voffice1 (headend, per D-128 + Roosevelt-faithfulness; removed
from vcloud). add-cloud vr1-maas (Office1 MAAS region 10.10.0.20:5240);
add-credential vr1-dc0-cred + vr1-dc1-cred from the staged keys (piped
vcloud->voffice1, never printed, shredded). SEC-018/-019 noted the juju-store
runtime copy on voffice1 (canonical files stay on vcloud). Setup complete;
bootstrap is the next gated step.
