  • Creds folder convention -- per-site ~/<site>-creds/ consolidation; no loose env files; DC folders follow the pattern
  • Project posture: closed test -- VR1 is a closed in-house test; prioritize deployment tooling/runbooks over real-world security (deferred to post-teardown)
